Time Line Therapy is a remarkable modality that delves deep into the subconscious mind, unveiling hidden emotions, and facilitating profound personal transformations. I trained in this method in 2006 and experienced life-altering realisations that had an impact on how I understood myself.
Good for: Exploring the past to uncover limiting beliefs that were developed

My journey into Time Line Therapy™ began with a deep fascination for the mind and its incredible potential for healing and transformation. Intrigued by the prospect of helping individuals overcome limiting beliefs, fears, and unresolved emotions, I embarked on a quest to explore innovative therapeutic modalities.
I discovered the approach when studying NLP and was drawn by its reputation for facilitating rapid and lasting change in individuals' lives. The idea of tapping into the subconscious mind's vast reservoir of memories and emotions intrigued me, and I knew this was a path I needed to explore.
The training encompassed various aspects, including:
1. Understanding the Subconscious Mind: I delved deep into the workings of the subconscious mind, gaining insights into how our beliefs, memories, and emotions shape our reality.
2. Time Line Techniques: I learned a range of techniques designed to uncover and release negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and unresolved issues stored in the subconscious.
3. Practical Application: I had hands-on practice and worked with clients witnessing the profound transformations they experienced.
As I delved into Time Line Therapy™, I began to notice not only its transformative impact on my clients but also its influence on my own life. Here are some personal realisations I encountered:
1. It taught me the significance of emotional release. I realised that unresolved emotions could hold us back, and by addressing them, we can free ourselves from the shackles of the past.
2. I uncovered and released my own limiting beliefs, enabling me to embrace new opportunities and personal growth. I had an experience of being inside the womb, which was profound and crucial to understanding my mindset.
3. It deepened my empathy and understanding of others' struggles. It allowed me to connect with clients on a profound level, fostering trust and a sense of security.
One of the things this therapy is great for is going back to memories that have caused suffering and pain, to re-experience them from a different perspective emerging with different beliefs. For example, if a child has an experience where they believe they were unlovable, this method encourages them to perceive what happened in a different way e.g. their mother or father were going through their own difficulties, but loved them very much.
If you are dealing with negative emotions or patterns of behaviour that are holding you back, time line therapy may be able to help you.
