The initial session will take place in a 90-minute one-on-one coaching session with one of our expert coaches. During this session you will:
-have the opportunity to share your goals, both personal and professional
-discuss any challenges or obstacles that you may be facing
-identify both internal and external barriers that may be hindering your progress
-work with you to develop strategies to overcome them.
Exploring Internal and External Barriers
One of the key components of the initial assessment is exploring both internal and external barriers.
Internal barriers can include self-doubt, lack of motivation, or a limiting belief system.
External barriers may include a lack of resources, time constraints, or external distractions.
We will identify and explore these barriers, and help you develop strategies to overcome them. This process will help you gain a better understanding of what may be holding you back and how you can take action to move past these challenges.

Create a solution-focused plan: A solution-focused plan focuses on the desired outcome and takes a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals. Together we will create a personalized, achievable plan that works for you.
